Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your purchase and the shipping speed you select. At time of checkout, we provide you with all shipping costs and details.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more.*

  • *Unfortunately, the following rural/remote areas do not qualify for free shipping: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut & Alaska.
  • *Antennas & Cables are excluded (unless they are being shipped as part of a Router or Booster order)
  • *Please note that surcharges for purchasing oversized items are your responsibility.

Processing & Delivery times

Your order will be processed within 2 – 3 business days following the transaction & typically delivered between 2 – 12 business days, depending on your address & chosen delivery service.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unified Calling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All tariffs & taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Unified Calling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
